Used lens in very good optical condition and overall appearance.

The exterior of the lens is in outstanding condition, with no marks of any note.

The front and rear lenses are in excellent condition, with no scratches or marks.

While there is always some dust inside any used lens (and these TS-E lenses have a very open construction which doesn't assist), this lens is very clean, with very limited internal dust.
We however note the very slight presence of old condensation inside the lens, almost invisible except under harsh light, and therefore won't alter the image quality whatsoever.

The focusing ring turns smoothly with no play, and the movements are all working perfectly.
